Integrative pressurized(SP-H)

ZJTEX has developed a water heater which combines heat pipe solar collector and storage tank into one product. The condenser of the heat pipe tube is directly inserted into the non-rorroding coper protection tube within the water tank.The heat pipe wvacuated tube collect heat with high efficiency transforming of the incoming solar irradiation into heat. The condenser tansfers the generated heat to the manifold where the water is heated. Thereafter, the hot water is circulating in the system until the system attains the required temperature.

    pipe (copper).
2) Start up quickly, heat pipe transfer the heat energy
    into the storage tank in one direction
3) No water inside the evacuated tubes, the solar
    water heater can still in service even with several
    tubes breakage

ALALYSIS DIAGRAN:

Evacuated tube: high quality borosilicate glass 3.3, with the selective absorber coating AL-N/AL-Cu and heat pipe inside the tube.
Inner tank: SUS304-2B stainless steel plate with its thickness 1.2mm or crystal liner.
Outer tank: stainless steel, porcelain enamel plate, colour steel plate, aluminum-zinc steel plate (galvalume steel plate )
Bracket: stainless steel , galvanized steel plate, aluminium alloy
